It is the most common type of primary headache
and the pain can radiate from the lower back of the head, the neck , eyes and
other muscle groups of the body.
Pain- described as a constant pressure as if the head is
being squeezed or a feeling that a tight band around your head.
    -frequently the
pain is bilateral (present on both sides of the head)
Signs and Symptoms:
- Dull, aching head
     pain
 - The sensation of
     tightness or pressure across your forehead or on the sides and back of
     your head
 - Tenderness on your
     scalp, neck and shoulder muscles
 - Occasionally, loss of
     appetite
 
Causes:
-      Stress
-      Sleep disorder
-      Irregular mealtime (hunger)
-      Eyestrain
-      Uncomfortable position or bad position
